- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have had to travel all over the U.S. for the past 5 years and my home is in Santa Rosa Beach. Because of all my travels I have been to UPS stores for a variety of services all over the country.The one at Santa Rosa Beach, Fl. Is by far the best in the U.S..The owners are usually on the premises and they hire exceptionally professional people to work for them. They work very hard taking care of customers and treat everyone like they are special. Mesha is the one who usually helps me but all of the staff who have been there over the past year Michelle, Josh, Jessica etc. are great employees ! One of the employees even took his own time to go by a management company and pick up some things I had left when I moved out of the house. They packed and sent them to me. It is hard to find this kind of service today and I would recommend them for any of the many services they provide. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We shipped our beach chairs to the ups store and picked them up for our vacation and sent them back home when we were done. Great convenience to be able to do this and will definitely do it the next time we come as well. It was a little disappointing that they didn't have free wifi to be able to pull up the return label and that they charged over $3 just to be print the label for us but otherwise it was a good experience and great convenience.By Aimee Sears, January 16, 2017
